DOEER started on 1st September 2022. The project team had a first online meeting to initiate all activities and met in person in Romania at the beginning of October 2022. The kick off meeting took place in Bucharest (Romania) on 6-7 October 2022, organized by the project partner Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative.
