Inkl\u00fazia je proces rozvoja, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k zlep\u0161eniu v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u013eudsk\u00fdch dimenzi\u00ed. Projekt DOOER sa zameriava na rovnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je mimoriadne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 na dosiahnutie ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek inkluz\u00edvneho cie\u013ea. Z\u00e1sada rovnosti je z\u00e1kladom v\u0161etk\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych polit\u00edk a je z\u00e1kladom eur\u00f3pskej integr\u00e1cie a udr\u017eate\u013enosti. V E\u00da sa rovnos\u0165 sp\u00e1ja s rovnak\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vami v\u0161etk\u00fdch ob\u010danov pred z\u00e1konom a uplat\u0148uje sa vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch oblastiach. V koncep\u010dnom zameran\u00ed projektu je rovnos\u0165 praxou, ktor\u00fa treba posilni\u0165 na v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00farovniach inkluz\u00edvnych \u010dinnost\u00ed (individu\u00e1lnych, soci\u00e1lnych, pracovn\u00fdch) a zah\u0155\u0148a ch\u00e1panie a re\u0161pektovanie rozmanitosti. <br \/>DOEER podporuje ch\u00e1panie a praktizovanie rovnosti na z\u00e1klade defin\u00edcie rovnosti stanovenej v CHARTE Z\u00c1KLADN\u00ddCH PR\u00c1V EUR\u00d3PSKEJ \u00daNIE, III ROVNOS\u0164, najm\u00e4 v \u010dl\u00e1nkoch 21 Nediskrimin\u00e1cia, 22 Kult\u00farna, n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00e1 a jazykov\u00e1 rozmanitos\u0165 a 23 Rovnos\u0165 \u017eien a mu\u017eov.<br \/><br \/><strong>Digit\u00e1lna transform\u00e1cia<\/strong><br \/>Iniciat\u00edva DOEER prispieva k digit\u00e1lnej transform\u00e1cii vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania, ktor\u00e1 je jedn\u00fdm z pilierov obnovy po skon\u010den\u00ed kr\u00edzy 19. storo\u010dia op\u00edsanej v ak\u010dnom pl\u00e1ne digit\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vania (2021 &#8211; 2027) &#8222;Preradenie vzdel\u00e1vania a odbornej pr\u00edpravy na digit\u00e1lny vek&#8220; (Komisia E\u00da, 2020), \u010d\u00edm sa rie\u0161i odolnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mov vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania v E\u00da. Prostredn\u00edctvom navrhovanej digit\u00e1lnej transform\u00e1cie vysok\u00e9ho \u0161kolstva v Taliansku, \u0160panielsku, Rumunsku, na Slovensku, Cypre a v Slovinsku chce projekt prispie\u0165 k tomu, aby sa spolo\u010dnosti stali odolnej\u0161\u00edmi, konkurencieschopnej\u0161\u00edmi a efekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edmi, ale aj silnej\u0161\u00edmi, a podpori\u0165 z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch \u0161es\u0165 eur\u00f3pskych kraj\u00edn, aby sa \u010do najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie vr\u00e1tili do rovnov\u00e1\u017eneho stavu.
