Incluziunea este un proces de dezvoltare care poate duce la \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea tuturor dimensiunilor umane. Proiectul DOOER este axat pe egalitate, care este fundamental\u0103 pentru atingerea oric\u0103rui tip de obiectiv ce presupune incluziunea. Principiul egalit\u0103\u021bii st\u0103 la baza tuturor politicilor europene, procesului de integrare \u0219i sustenabilitate europene. \u00cen UE, egalitatea se refer\u0103 la drepturi egale pentru to\u021bi cet\u0103\u021benii \u00een fa\u021ba legii \u0219i se aplic\u0103 \u00een toate domeniile. La nivel conceptual, \u00een cadrul proiectului, egalitatea este o practic\u0103 care trebuie \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit\u0103 la toate nivelurile, prin activit\u0103\u021bi de incluziune (individual\u0103, social\u0103, profesional\u0103) \u0219i \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i respectarea diversit\u0103\u021bii.<br \/>DOEER promoveaz\u0103 \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i practicarea egalit\u0103\u021bii, pe baza defini\u021biei egalit\u0103\u021bii stabilite \u00een CARTA DREPTURILOR FUNDAMENTALE A UNIUNII EUROPENE, III EGALITATE, \u00een special la Articolele 21 Nediscriminarea, 22 Diversitatea cultural\u0103, religioas\u0103 \u0219i lingvistic\u0103 \u0219i 23 Egalitatea \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi . <br \/><br \/><strong>Transformare digital\u0103<\/strong><br \/>Ini\u021biativa DOEER contribuie la transformarea digital\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior, care este unul dintre pilonii redres\u0103rii post-Covid-19 descri\u0219i \u00een Planul de ac\u021biune pentru educa\u021bia digital\u0103 (2021-2027) \u201eResetarea educa\u021biei \u0219i form\u0103rii pentru era digital\u0103\u201d (UE Comisia, 2020), abord\u00e2nd astfel rezilien\u021ba sistemelor HE \u00een UE. Prin transformarea digital\u0103 propus\u0103 a \u00ceS \u00een Italia, Spania, Rom\u00e2nia, Slovacia, Cipru \u0219i Slovenia, proiectul inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 contribuie la a face societ\u0103\u021bile mai rezistente, mai competitive \u0219i mai eficiente, dar \u0219i mai puternice, sprijinind cele \u0219ase \u021b\u0103ri europene participante s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 c\u00e2t mai repede. posibil la o stare de echilibru.
