The DOEER Framework is designed as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ENABLING FACTORS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Policy:<\/strong> recommendations\/ strategies\/ initiatives for equality in EU level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Management:<\/strong> appropriate management of equality strategies in Higher Education and workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration\/Partnership:<\/strong> Higher Education\u2019s teachers, students, employees, employers cooperated for the promotion of these practices, and also, partners from different countries in Europe, in order to gather practices about equality in HE and workplace from their countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KEY COMPONENTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. EU Strategies for Equality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description of several strategies\/initiatives adopted by EU for equality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding schemes and programs to support equality in society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EU Quality statements for promoting equality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Types of Equality\/Inequality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description of all possible types of equality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Best Practices of equality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Description of good practices based on types of equality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasons that these practices have been chosen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevance of them with the project DOEER.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
